Freedom Hill / Military Service Recognition Bricks


Freedom Hill was dedicated on Memorial Day 2002 and is fast
becoming a landmark in Perinton.By filling out an application
you are about to become part of Freedom Hill. Whether you
are getting it for yourself, a veteran that is special to you, or a
veteran who is no longer with us, it will be a lasting tribute to
the veteran.


 

                    

            
On Memorial Day, May 28, 2007 engraved monuments were dedicated to the 77 Killed In Action
servicemen from the Town of Perinton.  The deceased gave their lives  beginning in the Civil War
in the 1860's  through the present.The 5 engraved monuments are shown above at the base of the
service flags on Freedom Hill. Past Commander Bob Gill , project manager, officiated at the ceremony
along with the Post Honor Guard above.



Any veteran is eligible to obtain a brick. A donation of $30.00 will ensure a lasting memory for yourself
or a Veteran of your choosing. If you choose more than one brick and would like them placed together
we ask that you purchase them together and indicate that they are a set of bricks. Once a brick is placed
it cannot be moved.
